In addition to our three main guest rooms, we have a small single room, ideal for an extra guest. We also have a portacot and high chair available.

This is our most popular ensuited room, with easy access to the guest lounge.

Room rates: 1 March - 31 Oct $100

Room rates: 1 Nov - 28 Feb $120

This is an ensuited northfacing room, with views of the beach and Mayor Island.

Room rates: 1 March - 31 Oct $90

Room rates: 1 Nov - 28 Feb $110

This room has the largest ensuite and has beautiful rural views.

Additional occupancy is available for group bookings at $40 per person. This is only available upon request and is at the discretion of the hosts.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 5 days before arrival receive a full refund*

Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival – loss of 50% of total booking price*

Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival – loss of 100% of booking price*

*An additional service charge of $10.00 applies to all cancellations refunds
